Flow Buick GMC of Fayetteville and the Fayetteville Marksmen Team Up to Inspire Young Readers

Flow Buick GMC  is proud to partner with the Fayetteville Marksmen hockey team to support Cumberland County Schools in their mission to spark a lifelong love of reading among local students. This summer, every Cumberland County K-5 student received a complimentary reading achievement bookmark at the end of the school year. Students who complete their bookmarks by Saturday, August 9, 2025, will earn free tickets to the Fayetteville Marksmen's 2025-2026 season opening night.

To celebrate, Flow Buick GMC of Fayetteville will host a family-friendly summer reading celebration on August 9. The event will feature:

  • Fun games and activities for kids
  • Snacks and back-to-school giveaways
  • A chance to meet some of the Marksmen's players in person

Students can bring their completed bookmarks to redeem for free game tickets at the event. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 200 students. After those are distributed, the Marksmen will offer buy-one-get-one vouchers for future games.

"By partnering with Cumberland County Schools, we hope to inspire young minds, encourage a lifelong love of reading, and celebrate their accomplishments in a fun and memorable way."
