I've been using Flow GMC for my the service of my trucks for years. Their service never disappoints. My service Advisor Patricia is very professional and attentive.

everything perfect. unaware I needed to inform the service writer of extended warranties. assumed it was on file once entered the system

I stopped in for service on my 2021 GMC Terrain, I saw a 2026 Terrain Denali that caught my eye. The salesperson, Luke Paul, greeted me and told me a bit about the vehicle and offered me a test drive while I was waiting on my vehicle. Luke was very knowledgeable on the features of the vehicle. After getting a trade-in value on my vehicle, I decided to move forward on the 2026 Terrain. Luke took the time to set the vehicle settings to my liking and pair my phone up. He checked in with me several times afterwards to see if I had any questions. All in all, it was a great experience. I would certainly do business with Luke Paul and Flow again.

Service representive was excellent. After the mechanical service was provided I found dirt on the driver side carpet and grease on the hood. The service representative wiped it off.

A lady called to schedule a service appointment with me and told me that the service was $29.99 with tire rotation. When I went for my appointment it was not stated in the system. The gentleman did honor what was quoted.

From the very beginning was an amazing experience, my wife was wanting a specific vehicle with a specific trim package. Luke and DJ worked extremely hard to make our dreams come true and get us into what we were looking for. If it was not for Luke and DJ treating my wife and I like we were their most important customer this deal would of not been possible. The amount of passion and professionalism that went into making my wife and I happy and getting the vehicle she was looking for will not be forgotten. No point in scheduling an appointment for an oil change if you end up waiting 2 1/2 hours and then another 2 1/2 hours to get a couple of nail holes patched. A total waste of time!

I took my car to the dealership because the engine light came on and I received a message on my car app that there was an issue. I called the dealership and was told that I could bring my car to them that day. When I got to the dealership, the engine light was off. They said that they wanted to check the car anyway. They found that a software reset was needed. I appreciated that they resolved the issue and did not turn me away because the engine light was off and that there was no delay in checking out my car. I had scheduled the wrong date I needed on the app for a State Inspection and repair a tire which had a nail in it. The gentleman at the Customer Service Desk informed me that my appointment was for a different date but he would work me in to the schedule and I was able to have the service performed on my vehicle. I was very thankful for what he was able to do for me so I wouldn't need to come back.

I had a very positive car shopping experience with Jon Warren. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products he sales. He helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for me. I love my new Envista. I kept my second car for 20 years and was not looking forward to buying another car. Troy was fantastic. He submitted our warranty claim immediately and followed up to ensure the required work was included. During the work itself, when the issue ended up being a bit more challenging than anticipated, he had a loaner ready to go in case we needed a vehicle. The problem was resolved and we had our vehicle back within 2 days. Great job, as always.

My vehicle was taken in for service due to roaring noise coming differential. Dealership recommended driver front hub assembly which did resolve the issue. After this my vehicle sat over a week waiting on the rear differential to be torn down which never happened. I was told that another vehicle was being repaired in the bay needed to my the repair my vehicle and the technician was waiting on a part/tool for that repair. Due to this I picked up the vehicle yesterday to have the repair made elsewhere.

I. noticed an instrument display lamp was on while driving (check engine light). I contacted the dealership and was informed by advisor Eric, to bring vehicle in to be checked out. It was discovered that the mode selector knob had somehow became stuck, and it was pressed in to panel Dealership corrected problem and also I asked questions about the driving mode was informed mainly to operate vehicle in 2wd mode, unless I noticed slippery wheel spin, off road, etc driving conditions. I was informed no charge, still under warranty protection. Good stuff!!!

The waiting was to long i had a 1:30 appointment i car was not ready before around 3:30 after waiting the service man that checked me in was no where around to check me out after waiting i asked another man to check me out he was busy and after waiting for him to check me out another man did so i waiting probably 20 minutes after they brought my car back to service department office I seen them when they brought my car back after servicing it this is the second time i ran unto this situation.

Excellent Minus the fact of waiting from 9:00 to 1:00 for just an oil change and tire rotation. In other words the wait was extreme.

Oil change, after the oil change I asked the technician at the front desk if they had any deals for example package oil changes, directed me to an associate in the front. I asked him about a package deal and he said said Reed Lallier had cheaper and better deals and prices on oil changes. I would like to keep my oil change at Flow, since I bought the car at Flow. I am still searching for the package deals for oil changes

I came in fir an oil change. Before leaving had an estimate over $3,000 of work needed. I asked specific questions about what was wrong with my vehicle..the service guy kept telling me he doesn't know!. I'd have to leave my car for 4 days to have them look into it. I asked how they give me problems found but have jo answers why and exactly whats wrong. Also asked about a warranty I have thru carshield..he kept telling me he didn't know how they worked or if they would pay!..I also asked about a loaner car..I only have this vehicle..he told me sorry..he couldn't help with that either. So I left in tears..no answers..no direction..I don't have that kind of money..and not knowing exactly what is needed to be done..he was rude..bothered by my questions..and very cold and condescending. I'm still in the dark with what's wrong..what can be covered..and I can't leave my car for 4 days...I need more help and questions answered. He just showed my the door and said come back when u want to...this is encredible awful customer service.

Luke was great! Very patient and informative! He pulled up both versions of the Enclave for me to jump in and out of and he jumped in each car right with me! Ready to answer any questions I had and helped me challenge any comparisons between the two! It was like being in a WWE double tag team match after deciding with Luke which car I wanted he tagged DJ in to discuss warranty and potential expensive repairs! Later Kenny who was the referee in the match to check in on me and answered any questions I had! VIP treatment all Saturday! Truly a wonderful experience!

Service Rep. ERIC MOORE did a excellent job making sure the repairs on my vehicle were perfectly done correctly and notified me when my vehicle was done.

I initially went in for an oil change and a fuel filter change. During the visit, I was told that a lug on my passenger rear tire had broken and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $240 for the repair. I did asked was it broken when I brought it in and was given numerous reasons why that type of failure happens, but was told that it wasn’t broken when I brought it in. It was broken during the rotation of the Tires. I did ask, how am I responsible for it? I was told that it happens all the time and again asked, how am I responsible for it if it was not broken when I brought it in. I spoke to the service supervisor and he explained some different things to me, but ultimately, he warranted the item and fixed it without charge.

The reason this wasn’t five stars is because there was grease marks on the inside of my car on the driver’s side scuff marks on the door jam and finger marks on the headliner and visor.

JJ is quite knowledgeable and easy to work with

I was informed 3 weeks before my return service multiple parts needed to be ordered and installed. After getting my vehicle back from leaving my it overnight for repairs. I noticed one of my issues still existed, returned to service desk and was informed the Service Technician could not duplicate the problem. I asked to see the manager because my ticket didn’t support what was written on the technician report. Service manager grabbed some tools after experiencing the issue at my truck and adjusted parts for multi tailgate.

Tony was amazing took time to make sure I would get in a car as well as it fit me.

I took my car in to Flow Buick to be inspected. I called and was given an appointment right away. When I got there I was treated well as always. I did not have a long wait, it was all taken care of in a short time. Eric took care of my car once again and took care of my car. I always take it to Flow because I feel I get great service there.

Excellent service from my Service Advisor Eric and Flow GMC. The only local dealership that I do business with in Fayetteville. They always take good care of my truck.

At Flow GMC's service department all the staff is exceptional nice and polite. They try to accommodate you as much as possible. They are very communicative with you when it comes to having your vehicle in their hands.

(I do ask that in oil changes, the staffer doing the service be more care and not drip oil under the hood, lay the oily lid down on the vehicle. I had to take my car in four times for them to try to fix it on the fourth time they gave me a loaner car ,they never once tried to contact me to let me know my car was ready ,when we asked for the paper work it was not ready.We did not have time to wait for it the service manger said he would email it to me and we had to keep calling to ask for it.I feel that is a very poor way to run a service department .I will never take my car back there again.
