John was wonderful to deal with very knowlegeable about the vehicle and any programs which GM was offering. Showed us all the setting and how to operate and download phones and onstar. John was Wonderful to purchase a car from. I will let anyone looking to contact John Warren.

I have unfortunately had some issues with a newly purchased used 2017 Buick Encore, fortunately though, the service department at Flow Buick in Fayetteville has been great, their customer service and quality of work is excellent. In particular Troy has been outstanding.

Very courteous and does an excellent job

My service advisor, Zach Moody was very helpful and explained everything so I understood what needed to be done to my car. I used the courtesy van to get home and was picked up the next day, the driver was courteous and friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

For me it is always a great experience, I had to drop my car off this time so the company shuttle was called for me. It arrived in good timing for me to get back home, finish my morning routine and get picked up again in the afternoon when my vehicle was completed before returning home for some work. The day moved very fluidly and I had a good conversation with driver of the shuttle.
